REFUND POLICY

Thank you for subscribing to GoJoy Pro. We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund options.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with your paid subscription within the first thirty (30) days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. To qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge (not including the trial fee).
- Contact us at info@gojoy.today with the email address associated with your account.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
TRIAL PERIOD
GoJoy Pro offers a 3-day trial for $1. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged beyond the $1 trial fee. The trial fee is non-refundable.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period after the 30-day money-back guarantee window.
- Your itineraries and data are retained for 30 days after your subscription ends.
- No contracts or cancellation fees apply.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active through the end of the annual billing period.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@gojoy.today with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include the email address associated with your GoJoy Pro account.
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor, Paddle.
EXCEPTIONS
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Trial fees ($1) are non-refundable.
- Requests made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
